At Made in Oldstead, our menus adopt different styles to reflect the three growing groups Tommy follows – The Preserving Season, The Hunger Gap and The Time of Abundance. With these, the menus evolve as different produce from our family farm and garden become available to us.
And if it’s not grown by us, we use local suppliers to encapsulate our seasonal ethos within every menu we curate. From prime cuts of beautiful meats from R&J Butchers to the best British-made artisan cheeses from The Courtyard Dairy, each and every ingredient is carefully selected. We’re also incredibly lucky to work closely with lots of talented distillers, brewers and coffee roasters too – all located right on our doorstep.
