Description

The Made in Oldstead Food Box contains a 3-course meal serving two people. The order will be delivered to your home by courier on the date shown along with instructions for reheating.

Pea Soup, Ham Hock, Goat’s Curd, Herb Oil

Garden pea soup served with flaked, braised ham hock and topped with creamy goat’s curd and a drizzle of herb oil using herbs from the Black Swan garden. 

Salt-aged Confit Duck Cassoulet, Wild Garlic Pesto, Herb Crumb

Confit salt-aged duck leg with a cassoulet of tomato, cannellini beans and smoked bacon served with a pesto made from foraged wild garlic topped with a herb crumb made using herb salt from Black Swan garden herbs. 

Anise Hyssop Financier, Rhubarb, Hay Cream

A traditional French almond cake made with anise hyssop and served with rhubarb compote and creamy mascarpone that has been infused with toasted hay.
